As a special treat on Saturday 8 August, our old friend Mike will be hosting a ‘show and tell’ display at the Ship Centre.
He will have general living ware of the period, plus weaponry, clothing and light armour – most of the things that travellers to Newport would have seen when they were there at the same time as our Ship.
The Ship Centre is open on Fridays and Saturdays from 10.30am to 4.30pm at Unit 20, Estuary Road, Queensway Meadows Industrial Estate, Newport, NP19 4SY.
